Culturally Relevant and Affirming Care

The healthcare system in Colorado and throughout the country has become increasingly inaccessible to underserved and marginalized communities. Systemic barriers, as well as implicit and explicit biases among healthcare teams, contribute to this issue. Addressing these biases and prioritizing the needs of these communities is crucial for delivering high-quality care.

This training is delivered in eight online self-paced courses, tailored to meet the learning needs of the entire healthcare team. It is divided into three phases.
